Anthony Schlinsog - Keynote Speaker
Professional Bio

Anthony Schlinsog serves as the Chief Information Technology Officer for the executive branch of government in the state of Kansas.  In this role he serves as the chief planner in the development of strategic plans for IT consolidation, technological integration and intersystem coordination with vendors and executive branch agencies.  Moreover, he formulates policy recommendations for the Governor and his Cabinet concerning IT policies and activities.  Besides holding degrees in Physics and Mathematics, he has been a contributing author to several publications on the subject of effective management and governance of IT departments and large scale IT projects.
