Ben McGuire is a Senior Research Analyst with EAB’s IT Forum, developing best practice research and tools for the Forum’s 170+ CIO members. During his tenure with the IT Forum, Ben has conducted research into engaging campus partners in IT security awareness, benchmarked business intelligence investments across higher education, and helped develop an IT functional diagnostic to map the maturity and importance of IT capabilities in the education space. This year, Ben’s research focused on the best roles for IT to play in supporting student success efforts across campus.
