Your conference fees pay for all sessions and conference-related events, including:
- Conference materials, schedules, and information packet
- Refreshment breaks (coffee, tea, water, snacks)
- Wednesday evening catered dinner at the Alumni Center
- Thursday continental breakfast at K-State Student Union
- Thursday box lunch at K-State Student Union
Registration Fee - $70
Registration will open March 28 - May 18, 2012. After May 18, onsite registration will be $90. Onsite registration will be 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., May 23 and 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., May 24 on the 2nd floor concourse of the K-State Student Union.
Special Assistance
Kansas State University is committed to making program activities accessible to all participants. If you have special requirements due to disabilities or dietary restrictions, indicate your needs on the registration form or contact registration@k-state.edu at least three weeks prior to the conference. After this date, we will make every effort to provide assistance but cannot guarantee requested services will be available.
Cancellations / Refunds
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged! A full refund, minus $15 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by 4:00PM on Friday, May 18, 2012. After that date, refunds can not be granted. Please email registration@k-state.edu if you must cancel, or call 785-532-5569.
